📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee airfreight shipments across all company branches, including domestic and international transport flows • Prepare and administer shipping documentation, including airway bills and customs papers • Liaise with shippers, consignees, carriers, and airlines to ensure smooth transport • Prepare customs documentation and collaborate with customs authorities to ensure legal and international trade compliance • Update customers on shipment status, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints • Monitor shipments, track delays, and resolve transport issues • Coordinate with airport handling services, warehouses, and carriers for timely pickup and delivery • Maintain the customer database, document transactions, and produce regular shipment status and performance reports • Provide occasional evening and weekend on-call support, approximately 1 week per month

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or education in logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable field • Minimum 1 year experience in airfreight or international logistics is a plus • Solid knowledge of airfreight and customs regulations • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English • Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work approach • Strong team player, able to work under pressure • Proficient in MS Office and common logistics software • Willingness to participate in weekend on-call support, approximately 1 week per month
