📋 Description

• Examine Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to our client’s contract requirements. • Following up with Insurance agents to verify policy coverage and cancellations. • Provide detailed and accurate review. • Learn and utilize company’s technology. • Answer client inquiries about compliance matters. • Follow established review process. • Perform client account review.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a commercial insurance compliance related role • Experience working remotely • Extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business policies is required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Passion for customer service • Demonstrated problem resolution skills • Ability to make quick decisions • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel • Drive for excellence • Team Oriented
