📋 Description

• The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing best in class support to our commercial clients. • This position involves examining certificates of insurance and endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to contract requirements. • You will conduct scheduled client account reviews, provide guidance regarding our systems and technology and be responsible for providing insurance agents with policy coverage verifications and cancellations. • An analytical mindset: focus on accuracy and providing a great agent and client experience is key.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in commercial insurance is required (General Liability, Umbrella, Worker's Compensation, etc.). • 3-5 years in a commercial insurance compliance related role • Experience working remotely • Extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business policies is required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Passion for customer service • Demonstrated problem resolution skills • Ability to make quick decisions • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
