📋 Description
• Lead the communication product strategy, aligning company objectives with those of your group; • Coordinate the execution of squad roadmaps under your responsibility; • Collaborate with other product, design, engineering teams and stakeholders to align priorities, business goals and roadmap progress; • Monitor performance metrics of communication features, proposing continuous improvements; • Conduct frequent 1:1s with team members to track performance, align expectations and support individual development; • Support the professional development of the team by identifying training needs and creating growth plans; • Recruit, onboard and retain talent, fostering the formation of a strong and engaged team.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience leading multiple product teams, with a track record of delivery in high-complexity and ambiguous environments; • Ability to think strategically, defining medium- and long-term product vision and connecting it to the company’s overall strategy; • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, adapting messages to different audiences, managing conflicts and engaging interdependent areas; • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
