📋 Description

• Lead the discovery process, conducting user research, data analysis, journey mapping, and identifying opportunities. • Translate complex problems into flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and clear, value-driven solutions. • Ensure end-to-end design quality, from strategic definition through final delivery to engineering. • Actively collaborate with PMs, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders on prioritization, scope definition, and decision-making. • Conduct usability tests, validate hypotheses, and refine solutions based on evidence. • Use and evolve the Design System, ensuring visual and technical consistency across squads and products. • Support more junior designers by providing reviews, mentorship, and promoting best practices. • Work with product metrics (quantitative and qualitative), understand impact, and contribute to the team's OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Design, working on complex digital products. • Proficiency with design tools (primarily Figma) and discovery and delivery methodologies. • Ability to structure problems, propose scalable solutions, and clearly communicate design rationale. • Previous experience working in agile squads with PMs and engineers. • Ability to navigate environments with multiple integrations, complex flows, and diverse user profiles. • Solid knowledge of basic UX Writing, usability heuristics, accessibility, and UX/UI best practices. • Portfolio with clear case studies demonstrating process, decision-making, and impact. • Strong communication and influencing skills, including with non-technical stakeholders.
