📋 Description

• Provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and guidance to persons living with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders and their loved ones • Share dementia education, coping strategies, and resource navigation • Triage callers using a structured support model, including escalation protocols • Document interactions in the care platform • Coordinate follow-up messages and hand-offs when needed • Work collaboratively with the clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• Background in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, caregiver support, or related care fields • Experience supporting older adults, caregivers, persons living with cognitive and behavioral disorders like dementia, complex care, or mental health • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) • Ability to handle emotional conversations with steadiness and empathy • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights & weekends • Reliable internet + quiet/private remote workspace • Prior dementia care or caregiver support experience preferred • Telehealth, call center, or hotline experience preferred • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare helpful but not required
