📋 Description

• Increase patient engagement and retention through compassionate outreach. • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new patients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from initial contact to ongoing care. • Conversion rate of initial inquiries to active patients. • Number of new patients onboarded per month. • Patient satisfaction scores from feedback surveys. • Reduction in patient drop-off rates during the initial consultation phase. • Outreach to patients who have expressed an interest in care to explain Isaac Health’s services and offerings. • Assist patients with technology and other general questions

You have a sales mindset and find it easy to interact with and convince others, and to promote health-related behaviors. • Experienced: You understand how to navigate in a healthcare environment, including talking to fellow medical professionals, handling sensitive data, coordinating labs / imaging appointments, and collecting relevant patient information. Experience with people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s preferred. • Equipped for Remote Work: Able to provide your own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards (SOC2). • Tech Savvy: You know how to troubleshoot your own system and can help others with issues if they arise. • Independent: You thrive in a remote environment! • Multilingual: If you speak Spanish, or another language other than English that is a plus!
