📋 Description
• Lead technical onboarding and assessments for new clients • Standardize client environments according to best practices • Design technical solutions and create project work plans • Execute projects as per approved standards and document progress • Deliver secure and scalable network solutions • Mentor junior engineers and enhance collaboration across teams
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced in designing, planning, and delivering complex IT projects • Strong technical execution skills • Ability to lead client onboarding and discovery processes • Familiarity with MSP best practices (M365, Azure AD, AD, security, backups, monitoring) • Proficient in network and infrastructure engineering • Experience managing project scope, progress, and budgets • Strong mentoring skills for junior engineers • Excellent collaboration with project managers and client success teams.
