📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a purpose-driven, execution-obsessed, and systems-minded Head of Operations to join our senior leadership team and help steer mDoc into its next phase of growth and operational excellence. • As Head of Operations, you will be the architect and executor of our operating model, leading cross-functional, geographically disparate teams to ensure our people, processes, and platforms are designed to deliver scalable impact. • The ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader with deep operational expertise in service delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and health technology systems. • You will work closely with executive leadership to align operations with mDoc’s vision of a healthier, more fulfilled world, delivering high-touch, high-tech self-are experiences that are seamless, cost-effective, and impactful. • You will be the integrator who turns strategy into systems, vision into metrics, and plans into performance. • A systems thinker and doer who thrives in complexity and turns chaos into clarity. • An inspiring leader who builds inclusive, high-performing teams, who does not compromise on excellence. • Someone who gets energy from solving operational puzzles and can zoom between 30,000 feet and ground level in the same day.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA or Masters in Operations, required • 10+ years of operational leadership experience, ideally in health-tech, digital health, or technology-enabled service organizations or consulting firms • Strong understanding of digital care models, remote service delivery, and regulatory contexts • Experience building teams, systems, and processes from scratch or during scale. • Proven experience using data to inform decision-making and improve performance. • Expertise in systems thinking, workflow optimization, and tech-tool integration. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
