📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a clear, forward-looking vision for myneva.analytics, rooted in customer needs, regulatory requirements, and our myneva-wide common data model. • Turn data needs, reporting requirements, and stakeholder insights into epics, user stories, and actionable roadmaps that deliver real value and measurable outcomes. • Balance new analytical features, KPI frameworks, data model enhancements, and technical robustness to ensure a scalable, maintainable analytics platform. • Ensure that dashboards, visualizations, and insights are intuitive, consistent, and impactful positioning myneva.analytics as a strategic decision-support tool for our customer organizations — enabling better decisions and improved care quality — while acknowledging that it is not aimed at individual caregivers in their daily work. • Work closely with Product Owners of other myneva products to ensure high-quality data flows, alignment with the common data model, and a seamless experience across the entire platform. • Incorporate data protection, data quality, and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR) into analytics design and delivery. • Use product usage data, feedback, and performance metrics to guide decisions and continuously enhance insight quality, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product or project management, ideally with SaaS, BI, analytics, or data platform products with hands-on SQL skills. • Agile mindset: Strong experience with agile development, refinement, prioritization, and cross-functional teamwork. • Customer empathy: Ability to understand both management stakeholders and operational care users — and translate needs into simple, effective analytics. • Analytical strengths: Data-savvy, structured, and able to make clear decisions that balance quick wins and long-term product scalability. • Regulatory awareness: Experience embedding data privacy, security, and governance requirements into product design. • Domain understanding: Knowledge of the social care or child & youth welfare domain is an advantage — however, direct care experience is not required. • Collaboration: Comfortable working in an international product organization with shared processes and interconnected roadmaps. • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English (C1+); German skills are an advantage.

🏖️ Benefits

• A responsible task with meaning: We build software to digitize the social care sector and thus enable our customers to focus on a better life for their clients by giving them more time for care & support • A hybrid working model and flexible working hours • Exciting, challenging tasks in a dynamic, future-oriented environment • A culture of appreciation and a harmonious working atmosphere in a growing, international company with opportunities to get involved • A creative working environment, flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes • Attractive remuneration models, a permanent employment contract, and great benefits (e.g. extensive occupational health care and insurances, sports & culture vouchers, and lunch benefit).
