📋 Description

• Design and evolve the mobile application architecture, primarily based on Flutter • Take ownership of synchronization mechanisms between mobile apps and backend/on-premise systems • Identify and resolve potential performance bottlenecks early • Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guardrails for mobile development • Implement complex features hands-on while ensuring clean, maintainable code • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design robust APIs and data exchange patterns • Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and critically validate outputs • Contribute to the long-term scalability and technical quality of the mobile platform

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or cross-platform) • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter or comparable cross-platform frameworks • Solid experience designing mobile architectures and structuring scalable app codebases • Understanding of synchronization strategies, offline-first concepts, and reliable data exchange patterns • Experience identifying and resolving performance issues in mobile applications • Independent work with technical ownership as a go-to expert for mobile topics • Value clean code, testing, and sustainable engineering practices • Confident communication in English (C1); German is a plus
