📋 Description

• Create Sales Development Materials for outbound lead generation campaigns • Create follow-up email templates • Create outbound email sequences • Create call scripts • Create marketing briefs and PDF sales content • Implement emails in sequence tools such as Instantly and HubSpot • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve system usability • Execute weekly outbound sales content for clients • Design marketing and sales materials that fuel outbound lead generation programs • Send a resume and short cover letter including a weekly sequence of email content program run, links to written content, and lead generation performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science • 2+ years in a B2B Sales Development Content Writer team, ideally B2B or agency • At least two years of experience managing sales/email engagement tools such as Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft, or Outreach.io • Proven weekly content production at scale • Competitor analysis skills • Understanding of sales processes and working within a sales environment • HubSpot knowledge • Knowledge and experience integrating and connecting HubSpot CRM with other tools through API, Zapier, or natively • Strong analytical skills, including mastery of Microsoft Excel, and experience with reporting and data analysis • Strong written English • Proficient with Word documents and Claude.ai • Design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe at a junior level • B2B, preferably IT/SaaS, sector exposure • Light web development: WordPress, Webflow, basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript • Extensive use of Apollo, Lusha, or ZoomInfo for contact data lists • Ability to research and build targeted contact lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Persona • HubSpot Sales Hub Certificate a plus • HubSpot Marketing Hub Certificate a plus • Self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Fast learner, eager to learn new things • Able to suggest improvements to existing processes • Reliable and deadline-driven • Professional and courteous • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Well-organized and accurate • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills • French or German is a plus • Result presentation and statistical analysis abilities • Excellent communicator with a desire to improve processes
