📋 Description

• Manage all Display, Search (PPC), SEO, Mobile and Social acquisition channels. • Have a passion for innovation, as well as tenacity for owning the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long term. • Effectively partner with a broad array of cross-functional teams to drive target growth. • Own the overall strategy for bringing customers into our funnel. • Responsible for driving demand/lead generation. • Optimization of all sites, plus customer conversion efforts. • Have a deep understanding of data to drive strategic direction. • Demonstrate aptitude to prioritize opportunities based on impact on the business. • Have the ability to build, lead, empower, and inspire a team of direct reports to do the best work of their lives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years overall experience in marketing with 5+ years digital marketing and management experience. • Retail Energy experience is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, mathematics or applied math or similar degrees required. • MBA or equivalent preferred. • Experience in digital/mobile acquisition marketing in a B2B or B2C environment. • Proven track record in a variety of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, direct marketing, acquisition, product marketing, customer management. • Ability to define strategies based on business goals & customer insights, lead with a hypothesis and translate them into actionable tests & implementation plans. • Passion for delighting customers & using customer insights to improve end-to-end experiences. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of focusing on high impact activities & driving initiatives through to execution. • Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creativity, & continuing to raise the bar on business performance.
