📋 Description

• Assemble, manage and lead cross-functional internal and external project teams. • Organize, schedule, and facilitate cross-functional team meetings. • Interface with department managers and senior management to facilitate allocation and prioritization of resources. • Support new and existing relationships with Alliance Partners. • Engage cross-functional teams and partner leaders at all levels. • Provide project management oversight for all phases of the projects. • Use project management tools to create timelines and monitor project progress. • Track project milestones and develop recommendations for Senior Management. • Manage meeting logistics and work closely with the core project team. • Serve as primary point of contact for external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Biology, molecular biology or chemistry required. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Alliance Management, Product Development or Project Management. • Project Management experience required; PMP Certification preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in standard business applications, e.g. MS Office Suite, MS Project. • Broad understanding of the global molecular diagnostic market and industry. • Ability to read and interpret contracts and agreements. • Domestic Travel: 10-20%.
