📋 Description
• Conduct thorough title examinations and prepare title opinions for mineral properties • Advise clients on oil and gas law, property rights, and mineral leasing issues • Negotiate contracts and agreements • Perform due diligence on mineral titles and assist in the acquisition and divestiture of mineral interests • Ensure compliance with land use regulations and other relevant legal requirements • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting mineral rights and oil and gas operations
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) • Licensed to practice in MT, WY, ND, UT, or CO • 2+ years of experience in mineral title examination and oil and gas law • Strong knowledge of title examination processes and regulatory compliance • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly
