📋 Description

• Assist customers online through video calls, chat, and other virtual platforms • Help clients choose the right jewelry based on their style, occasion, and preferences • Offer an experience similar to in-store shopping — all from the comfort of their homes

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant sales experience • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewelry sales (virtual or in-store) • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English • Confident on camera with a pleasant appearance and tone • Strong interpersonal and listening skills • Familiarity with video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video, etc.) • Basic computer and typing skills
