📋 Description

• Lead QA activities for data engineering and analytics testing in the retail domain • Perform Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and data quality validation testing • Validate source-to-target mappings, data reconciliation, business rules, and data transformations • Test data platforms and technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake • Lead QA teams and coordinate testing activities across projects • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum environments • Support data quality monitoring, dashboards, and automated testing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of experience in QA, Data Warehouse Testing, ETL Testing, or Data Quality Validation • Strong experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, and SQL • Extensive experience in Data Warehouse and ETL/ELT testing • Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture and modern data platforms • Expertise in source-to-target mapping validation and data reconciliation testing • Experience validating complex business rules and data transformations • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience leading QA teams and coordinating testing activities across projects • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Python and PyTest automation experience preferred • Experience with Snowflake Data Quality Monitoring and Data Metric Functions (DMFs) preferred • Exposure to Power BI or reporting validation preferred • Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks preferred • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing preferred • Experience developing data quality dashboards and monitoring solutions preferred • Basic exposure to Selenium or UI testing is a plus but not required
