📋 Description
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen schriftlich über E-Mail und Marktplatzsysteme. • Umgang mit Rücksendungen, Reklamationen und Bewertungen. • Pflege relevanter Informationen in Systeme und Transparenz der Abläufe. • Einbringen von Ideen zur Optimierung der Serviceprozesse und Mitwirkung an deren Umsetzung. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik- und Produktteam zur schnellen Klärung von Anliegen. • Geplanter Arbeitsumfang: 15 - 20 Std./Woche.
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im schriftlichen Kundenservice, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld. • Formuliert präzise, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. • Arbeitet strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. • Technisches Verständnis für Onlineplattformen und moderne Tools. • Arbeitet gerne im Team und unterstützt andere mit Know-how. • Gewünschte Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C1.
