📋 Description

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of up to 100 monthly activations, from initial brief to final wrap-up, ensuring they're on-time and within scope. • Create detailed briefs, ensuring all critical information is captured for campaign execution. • Develop and maintain campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines, adjusting as needed to meet evolving priorities. • Ensure clear, documented processes are followed at each stage of the campaign to maintain quality and consistency. • Work closely with the Talent Department to align on talent availability, creative requirements, and campaign timelines. • Partner with the Sales Department to understand brand objectives, contractual obligations, and budget parameters. • Communicate campaign goals, progress, and updates to internal teams via regular meetings or project management tools. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners, establishing trust and clear lines of communication. • Set and manage expectations regarding campaign timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges. • Track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for each activation, analyzing campaign effectiveness and ROI. • Compile post-campaign reports for internal leadership and external brand stakeholders, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and optimization strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in campaign management, project management, or a related marketing role. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. • Analytical mindset for tracking campaign data and optimizing performance. • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to anticipating and mitigating risks.
