📋 Description
• Coordinate with talent the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and more. • Serve as the primary liaison between activating talent and campaign managers - maintaining open lines of communication. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaign elements and deliverables. • Manage activation details and deliverables for talents to ensure campaigns and projects run smoothly and timely. • Liaise with clients and partners, providing regular updates on campaign progress, addressing feedback and concerns. • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage talent deliverables, timelines, tasks, and resources. • Track key performance metrics to gauge the impact of talent’s activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Talent Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience • At least 3 years of experience in talent management, campaign management, influencer marketing, or a related field • Strong project management, relationship-building, and communication skills • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in CRM or project management software, as well as standard office tools • Proficiency with Discord • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google sheets, slides, documents, etc.
