📋 Description

• manage a globally distributed team of full-stack engineers • monitor code deployed by your team in production • partner with recruiting team to attract and hire top talent • develop, coach, mentor and motivate a high performing team • promote engineering excellence by setting coding standards • ensure team produces technical solutions that align with security requirements • collaborate with product managers to define the team’s vision and roadmap • independently own and drive multiple mission critical work streams • balance competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development • at least 2 years experience building and managing an engineering team of at least 4-6 engineers • experience managing distributed teams • effective team builder with a diverse and inclusive approach • deep knowledge of agile processes and workflows • customer-centric product thinker • excellent communication skills • strong technical foundation and ability to understand technical challenges • BS degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent technical experience
