📋 Description

• MyTime is a product-driven organization delivering critical functions for businesses. • Full ownership of product development from strategy to execution. • Responsible for gathering customer requirements and translating them into stories for design and development teams. • Guide UX/UI design, define test cases, establish acceptance criteria, and ensure timely, defect-free launches. • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to inform customers of upcoming changes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new product capabilities that leverage Gen AI and LLM technologies. • Defining requirements for new features and product enhancements. • Manage multi-release roadmaps aligning with strategic goals and user needs. • Partner with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly experiences. • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and manage Epics & Stories. • Work with customer success to ensure adoption and exceptional experiences. • Analyze product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement. • Use data analytics for informed decisions and drive future product improvements. • Find ways to overcome roadblocks and ensure quick iterative delivery. • Thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B software product development / product management experience with a track record of launching successful features and managing them over multiple releases; Startup and SaaS experience preferred. • Evidence of a highly process driven and detail oriented approach with the ability to organize and document requirements in an understandable and actionable way. • Proven ability to work with a fast-paced, agile-driven engineering team, based on mutual trust, credibility, and respect. • Self-motivator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelors in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
