📋 Description

• Responsibility for supporting and developing selected Creators • Research suitable brands for our talents • Negotiate, coordinate and execute collaborations with our clients • Maintain close communication with Creators, the team and clients • Organize photo/video shoots and, if applicable, accompany events • Review and negotiate contracts and fees

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in artist management • Passion for creator collaborations and brand partnerships • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness • Excellent communication skills • Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills • Willingness to drive projects forward and take responsibility
