📋 Description

• Independently manage branding, campaign, and communication projects • Responsible for project planning, resources, budgets, and timelines • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and external partners • Manage interfaces between clients and internal teams • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and alignment processes • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and priorities • Ensure efficient delivery and communication processes • Support scope definitions, effort estimates, and project cost calculations • Support the PM Director in operational project work as well as in reporting, resource, and planning processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of project management experience in branding, communication, or digital projects — with independent responsibility for projects of medium complexity and multiple concurrent workstreams • Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and working with clients and diverse stakeholders • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed working style • Strong sensibility for brands, creative processes, and high-quality execution • Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a plus • Very good German and good English language skills
