📋 Description

• Develop and implement storytelling concepts for Instagram and LinkedIn • Independently create visually compelling posts based on a design background • Write concise, attention-grabbing captions for projects • Plan and manage social media activities, focusing on in-depth project content rather than purely promotional brand messaging • Maintain and continuously develop the editorial calendar • Support SEO or Google Ads initiatives to optimize reach

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in design or a comparable qualification providing a foundation for creative work • At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in social media or content management, preferably at an agency or in a creative environment • In-depth understanding of communications and the agency business, with the ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships • Strong storytelling expertise • Confident ability to turn key messages into short, precise, on-brand captions • Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram dynamics for increasing organic reach • Structured, self-directed, and proactive approach to work
