• Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance • Optimize ad creatives, copy, and placements to boost engagement, conversions, and cost-effectiveness • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions), providing actionable insights • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve outcomes • Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and digital advertising best practices • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives • Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign ROAS and performance
• 4-5 years of work experience • Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and drive optimizations • Proficiency in digital advertising tools and reporting dashboards • Knowledge of audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and budget allocation • Experience conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis • Experience optimizing ad creatives, copy, and placements • Experience implementing A/B testing strategies • Ability to monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and provide insights • Experience managing ad budgets • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Creativity and adaptability to changing trends • Advanced English level (C1 or higher) preferred • Ability to collaborate with design and content teams • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Ability to work as an Independent Contractor (service provision)
