• Provide advanced technical support and remote troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues. • Manage and monitor servers, user accounts, and security settings in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments. • Administer, configure, and maintain IT systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes. • Support automation and integration of IT systems using tools like Zoho, Monday , or similar platforms. • Document procedures, updates, and system configurations to ensure accurate record-keeping. • Assist in onboarding new users and managing system access across multiple client accounts. • Escalate complex incidents to the Head of IT while maintaining ownership and follow-up. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, system reliability, and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards across all environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure administration, or systems management. • Strong knowledge of networking, Windows and Mac environments, VPNs, and cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS). • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote management tools. • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (B2–C1 level required). • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting. • Reliable workstation setup and stable internet connection.
