📋 Description

• Consulting with pre-qualified leads generated through the company's digital platform • Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances • Managing a high-volume pipeline of 15+ applications per month using intuitive, advisor-designed software • Building genuine relationships with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process • Collaborating with case managers and administrators to ensure seamless application processing • Staying current with mortgage products, lender criteria, and regulatory requirements • Delivering exceptional outcomes while meeting performance targets and maintaining compliance

🎯 Requirements

• CeMAP Certification (or equivalent qualification) - non-negotiable • Minimum 18 months+ experience as a Mortgage Advisor in whole-of-market environments • Proven track record of successfully managing 15+ mortgage applications per month • Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products, including BTL, remortgage, and purchase scenarios • Experience with B2C inquiries and navigating multiple lender criteria • Exceptional communication skills - you make complex information accessible and build trust quickly.
