📋 Description
• Fully package client cases, ensuring a quick, simple and smooth journey for the client • Own the full case journey from 'Pack in' to 'Funded' stage
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in the mortgage brokerage industry, in either case management or packaging/processing • Minimum 2 years experience of processing mortgage cases in a whole of market environment • Knowledge of multiple lenders is essential • Working to strict customer deadlines • CeMAP or part CeMAP qualified (not essential/advantageous) • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills
