📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of campaign setup, execution, and documentation across multiple clients • Conduct daily or rotating audits of client materials, reports, and campaign documents across assigned accounts • Document all audit results clearly and escalate any discrepancies to the ICS Operations Manager • Collaborate with Account Coordinators on campaign QC, ensuring reviews are approved by designated AM or AS • Support process innovation and workflow refinement through collaboration and feedback with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a media, operations, traffic, or auditing role preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media or reporting tools a plus • Experience reviewing structured documentation (schedules, budgets, reports, etc.) • Interest in operational innovation, systems thinking, and QC methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required
