📋 Description

• Lead our largest partner engagement: a global biopharma company. • Manage the partnership within the commercial innovation arm, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Data. • Work with Able's CEO and Engineering leads; partner governance and executive sponsorship. • A newly structured role; start as full-time and transition to fractional; assist in new partner deal acquisition and leading other existing partners. • Lead the Growth Team responsibilities: Partner Health, Growth Planning, Partner Resource Allocation; represent the partner in Able’s Growth Team. • Manage 1-2 additional partnerships as partnership matures; lead deal shaping and proposal creation for new partnerships. • This position is 100% remote within the United States; travel within the US may be required. • The annual base salary range is $170k-$190k.

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare experience • Experience working with an enterprise innovation team • Experience working with a global team • You are a seasoned professional services team lead, having led client partnerships above $5M annually. You have experience leading teams delivering software products, and are conversant in SDLC, data, and AI. • You have strong growth instincts and have a track record of delivering growth in client partnerships. You are able to identify new areas of opportunity for our partner and for Able, and to activate a team and plan to capture these opportunities. You can do so oriented toward value creation for the partner, without the partner feeling like they are being sold to. • You are comfortable using the latest AI tools across multiple use cases to increase team productivity and efficiency. • You are comfortable working with executives, as well as getting your hands dirty in the details. You enjoy solving problems, and have a keen instinct for identifying and prioritizing the right problems to solve. • You have high EQ and can collaborate with diverse personality types, across the Able team and the partner team.
