📋 Description

• Help shape and improve Compass (Axero), creating an intuitive, organized experience that serves as the go-to resource for our franchisees. • Create and maintain clear, easy-to-use documentation that keeps our teams informed and set up for success. • Turn ideas into polished, engaging resources by transforming stakeholder input into well-organized, user-friendly content. • Be a trusted point of contact by managing the Communications inbox and ensuring requests are handled quickly and effectively. • Lead the publication of the Area Director version of our Camradarie magazine, coordinating updates, proofreading content, and ensuring every issue is accurate and delivered on time. • Champion continuous improvement by identifying new ways to make information easier to find, navigate, and use across the organization. • Partner with teams across the business to deliver consistent, accurate communications and resources that support our franchise network.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, engaging, and polished content. • Experience developing and maintaining documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases, or similar resources that help teams succeed. • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. • Experience managing knowledge management systems, intranets, learning platforms, or content management systems. • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to improve processes. • Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders. • Proficient with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. • Quick to learn new technology and confident adapting to new tools and systems. • Self-motivated and able to thrive while working independently in a remote environment.
