📋 Description

• Assist Area Directors develop their skills while building one-on-one relationships with them. • Train Area Directors in our processes and procedures via phone conferences. • Respond to a steady stream of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between via phone and email with both Area Directors and their advertising clients. • Work both individually and within a small, close-knit team to solve problems. • Answer incoming phone calls to cover current staffing pattern needs. • Brainstorm and implement ways to be proactive in your role to reduce reactiveness in engaging with Area Directors. • Collaborate with our Design team to help Area Directors understand our design process and administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly with a desire to grow. • Confidence in making decisions based on your knowledge and training. • All-star communication skills, both over the phone and in email. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace. • Resourcefulness and adaptability in an environment of change. • Ability to work calmly with fast-paced deadlines. • Previous call center experience & ticketing software knowledge. • Have a “we”, not “me” attitude. • Truly enjoy helping others.
