📋 Description

• Turn strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site with customers • Deliver focused 5-day deployment engagements with production workflows in place • Partner with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities and adoption goals • Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to customer environments • Extend n8n nodes or add missing functionality for enterprise use cases • Translate ambiguous business problems into practical automation designs • Work across industries and technology stacks • Identify bespoke requirements that should become reusable node improvements, product features, or platform capabilities • Document technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals for Product and Engineering • Contribute workflows, custom nodes, integration patterns, and reusable learnings to internal playbooks • Deliver time-boxed engagements with clear outcomes and scalable solutions • Help customers own and operate the solutions themselves • Balance implementation speed and simplicity while avoiding unnecessary complexity

🎯 Requirements

• Solid full-stack or backend engineering experience • Production experience building integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines • Ability to create custom nodes and extend existing integrations • Confidence with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems • Ability to distinguish customer workarounds, reusable node improvements, and product features • Comfortable working directly in customer environments with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to turn operational problems into practical technical designs • Strong technical judgment and ability to avoid unnecessary complexity • Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% of the time for on-site engagements, primarily across Europe • Ability to become productive quickly in new industries, technology stacks, and customer environments • Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools preferred • Enterprise deployment experience preferred • Custom node, connector, plugin, SDK, or reusable integration framework development preferred • Forward-deployed or solutions engineering experience preferred • Product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specification experience preferred • For countries other than Germany, existing right to work is required • Company language is English
