📋 Description

• Own crucial elements of enterprise product marketing strategy and execution • Define market segmentation, persona research, and ideal customer profile • Establish enterprise positioning and messaging • Develop go-to-market processes and execute go-to-market plans • Manage, create, and deliver sales enablement • Develop enterprise positioning and narratives for technical and business audiences • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, features, and strategic initiatives • Create and improve sales enablement materials for Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on enterprise priorities • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across messaging, campaigns, and assets • Bring structure and prioritisation to enterprise product marketing work • Strengthen the strategic, proactive, and consistent operation of enterprise marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in technical products • Strong enterprise product marketing background, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement • Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategy with execution • Experience supporting complex buying cycles and enterprise customers • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing • Excellent prioritisation and judgement across a broad scope • Strong written communication and content development skills • Experience in workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure, integrations, or AI is nice to have • Background or interest in open-source or fair-code business models is nice to have • Experience in high-growth scale-ups building product marketing processes from scratch is nice to have • Ability to craft messaging for technical evaluators and executive stakeholders is nice to have • Company language is English • For countries other than Germany, existing right to work is required; Germany visa sponsorship is available
