📋 Description

• Assist with Epic Configuration • Support customization and configuration of Epic applications to meet organizational needs • Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements • Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to ensure accuracy and functionality • Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to experienced analysts • Assist in creating user guides and training materials for member staff • Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps • Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to learn best practices in healthcare IT. • Engage in training and development activities to build analytical and technical skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have successfully completed an OCHIN workforce training program or have similar experience such as having held a position for at least 10 months within an OCHIN support team or a member site. • Must have an Epic proficiency in Clinical Applications • Interest in data analysis, problem solving and continuous learning. • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • Complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to moving forward to the team interview.
