📋 Description
• support the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for Acute Care member clinics • consult with members and internal staff to provide solutions that offer accurate, secure, and efficient workflows • develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications • troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction • collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues • drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Epic certification required in Epic Beaker CP • Epic Order Transmittal Certification is preferred • at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Beaker Applications Analyst • minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Beaker CP application build • Experience working in a Medical Laboratory as a medical technology or scientist is highly desired • Experience working in an LIS system is highly desired • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
