• Serve as overflow support to multiple practices by answering and triaging incoming phone calls and app messages • Act as the second line of call for incoming calls from new patients • Answer incoming phone calls from other stakeholders (e.g., external medical provider offices) and start incoming referral requests • Check and respond to voicemail and after hours messages • Schedule patients from incoming phone calls and conduct no show and cancellation follow-up • Support schedule re-shuffles (e.g., when provider is called out) and work through appointment ticklers • Support central communications intake and follow up through various mediums • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bilingual • Minimum of two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or training • Excellent communication skills • Ability to solve practical problems in various situations • Must have the ability to multitask • Must be available Monday through Friday between 9:00a-6:00p Eastern Standard Time
