• Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities • Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes • Align technical strategies with business objectives • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Collaborate across departments for project implementations and maintenance issues

🎯 Requirements

• Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB, PB Claims • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members as well as end users • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability • Process and detail-oriented • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Completion of a competency assessment prior to team interview
