📋 Description

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Epic analysts • Manage projects and prioritization • Provide feedback and performance management • Develop skills and measure positive outcomes for the team • Collaborate with organization leadership on effective workflows • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products • Lead working sessions to resolve integration work orders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant analyst role • 1 year of supervisory experience highly desirable • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Epic HB or PB Resolute certification is required • Experience in PB Claims or HB Claims is desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/PB Applications Analyst ideal • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic Resolute module build.
