📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of clinic openings, expansions, and relocations — from lease execution through site readiness and launch. • Lead weekly project meetings, track progress, identify and escalate blockers, and ensure milestones are met on time. • Serve as the central point of contact between Real Estate, Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution. • Work closely with vendor partners to coordinate delivery and installation of signage, furniture, equipment, IT and telephony, utilities, and services. • Ensure all licenses, permits, and inspections (e.g., business license, CLIA, biomedical waste, occupancy) are secured before go-live. • Contribute to the iteration and standardization of opening processes to increase efficiency and scalability. • Collaborate with regional directors and practice managers to support internal communications and ensure seamless transitions into steady-state operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in practice management, clinic operations, or construction project management preferred. • Experience with healthcare implementations and multi-state expansions strongly preferred. • Familiarity with day-to-day healthcare facilities operations, licensing, and regulatory requirements. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with flexibility around hours during opening periods (including occasional evenings/weekends). • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
