• Certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB, HB, PB Claims, or HB Claims • Experience supporting HOD clinics is desired • Strong experience in PB and HB • Strong communication skills • Process and detail-oriented • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to interview
