đź“‹ Description

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Seed-X's AI-powered solutions in the assigned country (France or Italy). • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with major seed companies and vegetable breeders. • Become an expert on the AI-powered sorting platforms. Articulate complex technical and value propositions clearly to both commercial and technical stakeholders (R&D, Production, and Quality Control). • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trusting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the target market. • Conduct deep market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, emerging trends in vegetable seed and AgTech in your area. • Utilize CRM software (e.g.HubSpot) rigorously to manage the entire sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on all sales activities and territory performance to senior management. • Work closely with the R&D and Marketing teams to provide on-the-ground customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a commercial or sales role with a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, ideally with a focus on high-value B2B technical solutions. • Direct sales experience within the vegetable seed industry (e.g., selling seeds, crop protection, or related services) or Agri-Technology (AgTech) is a significant advantage. • Strong understanding of new technologies, a passion for AI/data, and the ability to sell a technical, data-driven product rather than a commodity. • Expert-level knowledge and daily use of a major CRM platform (e.g.,Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting. • Native or professional fluency in French is mandatory. • Fluent professional English is mandatory. • Exceptional Communication: Awesome presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client profiles, from farm managers to C-level executives. • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a remote setup with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive market penetration. • Willingness to travel within the assigned country to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site product demonstrations. • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
