📋 Description

• BI Manager to lead our data and analytics initiatives, ensuring our product teams receive • timely insights to drive strategic and operational decisions. This role will focus on • channeling product requirements, collaborating with developers to create actionable • dashboards, and leveraging Google Analytics to measure app performance. • Key Responsibilities • Product Requirement Channeling • o Act as the primary liaison between product teams and data developers, • translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. • o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure BI solutions align with • product roadmaps and organizational objectives. • Dashboard Development • o Collaborate closely with developers to design, build, and maintain intuitive • dashboards that provide real-time insights into product performance. • o Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and accurately • reflect essential KPIs for decision-makers. • Data Analysis & Insight Generation • o Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to uncover trends, • opportunities, and areas for improvement. • o Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, including • recommendations to optimize product strategies. • App Performance Tracking • o Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track and evaluate app • performance metrics, user behavior, and engagement trends. • o Provide regular performance reports and proactive insights that inform • product improvements and feature prioritization. • Process Optimization • o Establish and refine data governance processes to ensure accuracy, • consistency, and integrity of all BI outputs. • o Continuously evaluate and optimize BI practices, technologies, and • methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability. • Stakeholder Engagement • o Build strong relationships with business, product managers, developers, and • executive leadership to understand evolving data needs. • o Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to relevant stakeholders, • maintaining transparency throughout project lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the Health Industry. • BI tools (Amazon QuickSight, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc) and basic • knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python). • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics for app performance tracking and • analysis. • Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business • recommendations.
