📋 Description
• Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for IAM and B2C programs • Translate business requirements into functional IAM specifications, use cases, and workflows for Azure AD B2C and Entra ID solutions • Support identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance covering joiner/mover/leaver processes and role-based access control (RBAC) • Partner with architects, engineers, and security officers to design and validate IAM processes, federation models, and authentication patterns like OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID Connect • Analyze and document data flows, integration points, and user journeys across B2C and B2B applications • Coordinate with compliance, audit, and risk management teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and policy standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001) • Lead business readiness and change management during IAM rollouts, including communication and training strategies for users and support teams • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor system usage, access compliance, and process health in IAM environments • Act as SME for Azure AD B2C, assisting product owners with roadmaps, release prioritization, and policy governance
🎯 Requirements
• 12 -15 years of total experience • 8 - 10 years in IAM domain strategy and implementation using Microsoft or similar platforms • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity; advanced certifications such as CAMS, CISM, or Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator preferred
