📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate RFP/RFI processes, including proposal structure, timelines and approvals • Develop and maintain project management standards, templates, and governance models • Implement and enhance SAP Cloud ALM and other project management tools • Serve as central communication and reporting interface for internal stakeholders and management • Support customer projects through scalable PMO services (“Project Management-as-a-Service”) • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and knowledge transfers • Ensure compliance and documentation via centralized collaboration platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, ideally in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience in project or bid management, preferably in an international environment • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or hybrid approaches would be an advantage • Experience with tools like SAP Cloud ALM, RPA, or modern collaboration platforms would be beneficial • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent German and English language skills • Proactive mindset, structured working style, and team orientation.
