âą Lead customer workshops to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. âą Design and configure Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities, ensuring a configuration-first approach and alignment with Salesforce best practices. âą Own functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user stories, solution documentation, testing, training, and go-live support. âą Act as the trusted advisor between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and high customer satisfaction. âą Support pre-sales activities, contribute to solution proposals, share industry best practices, and continuously improve delivery methodologies and reusable assets.
âą Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation projects, ideally experience on Data 360 and Agentforce solutioning âą Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security, Reports & Dashboards, Approval Processes, etc.). âą Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills. âą Experience working in Agile delivery teams. âą Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
