📋 Description
• Customer projects in SAP HCM across all on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE). • Analyze the customer situation and prepare process documentation, concepts and blueprints. • System implementation of customer requirements (including configuration/customizing, schemas and payroll cycles). • Support all project phases — conception, design, customizing, prototyping and rollout of SAP HCM. • As a Senior Consultant, take on partial project management responsibilities within small teams on-site at customer locations.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed university degree and several years of relevant professional experience. • Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY). • Experience with collective bargaining regulations for compensation and solid knowledge of tax and social security law. • Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, payroll cycles and characteristics. • Experience with project management and consulting methodologies. • Self-motivated, persuasive and assertive, with solution- and process-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills. • Business-fluent German and fluent English. • Strong communication and teamwork skills and a professional presence.
