📋 Description

• Responsibility for management of the realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements • You bring your extensive knowledge to our customer projects • Management in all project phases • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA or ECC customers • Define methodology, tools and processes allowing a successful customer adoption • Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders • Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements • Ensure in time & quality delivery for the project/program, revenue consumption and profitability management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration / business informatics or comparable qualifications • High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen • Liaison and consultative skills • Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills • C-level communication skills / senior stakeholder management • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change • Certification in SAP Solutions / Areas is a plus • Project Management experience with large and medium sized Enterprises • 10+ years of SAP professional experience and demonstrated knowledge / expertise • Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.
