📋 Description

• Lead Integration Architecture & Development • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Boomi integrations (Atoms), ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions across diverse applications and databases. • Drive Data Mapping & Transformation Strategy: Define and review complex data mapping and transformation approaches, ensuring consistency, performance, and best practices across integration flows. • API Strategy & Governance: Lead the design and governance of RESTful APIs and web services, establishing standards for security, scalability, and reuse. • Incident Management & Optimization: Guide troubleshooting efforts, mentor team members in resolving integration issues, and ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems. • Technical Documentation & Standards: Establish and enforce documentation standards, ensuring clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and process documentation are maintained. • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to shape technical solutions, align priorities, and drive successful delivery across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience with integration processes and tools. • 3+ years of proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere. • Strong understanding of XML, JSON, SQL, and integration patterns. • Ability to guide and support team members, share knowledge, and help others grow their technical skills through coaching and constructive feedback. • Capacity to make informed technical decisions, take responsibility for outcomes, and lead projects with confidence while balancing trade-offs. • Fluency in English language is a must.
